Rick Schamle (1999, Amsterdam, The Netherlands) is a Graphic designer who studied at Artez, Arnhem. He sees everything as an experiment and that is what keeps the process interesting and raw. He likes to dive into materials which translate to installations, posters, publications, video and audio-visual work. He likes to make the audience question something rather then spoil.
His curiosity for new forms, media, methods and theories are endless.

STRONG, STRONGER, STRONGEST
Strong, stronger, strongest is a work concisting out of 3 posters in A1 format. The text says ‘He found some heavy weights, a stage with yellow, red flames. He is strong; I am stronger. Game over.’ The poster series is about punctuations which are tools to organize our language. The first poster is about the comma. The comma is used for short breaks, a light breath for what is to come. The second poster is about the semi colon. The breath you can take is a bit longer but that makes the stop heavier. The last poster is at the bottom. It is so heavy that nothing can come after. The full stops ends the game.
